FAQ's

What’s your return/ exchange policy?

If a product has a manufacture fault, we can offer refunds or exchanges if contacted within 24hours upon receiving order. Please send through proof of delivery and photos for investigation. 

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please contact us within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, refund.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How long will I have to wait for my order?

If we are expecting any delays to turn around time AT OUR END, details will be in our shop announcements.

We have tried our best to give up to date estimated delivery times.

COVID-19 has disrupted all postage times both domestic and internationally. We CANNOT guarantee any postage times and once it leaves our hands at the post office, we have no control. We will offer tracking numbers for all our orders which will be sent via email.

When will I get my order?

We are trying our best. Usually, it takes 3–8 days to fulfil/manufacture an order, after then it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location and with the current COVID pandemic, shipping is significantly slower due to lockdowns and less transport services, but can we can guesstimate as follows:
● USA: 3–4 business days
● Europe: 6–8 business days
● Australia: 2–14 business days
● Japan: 4–8 business days
● International: 10–20 business days

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled.
